It was the third highest volume day of the year. The major difference here is that share price went UP today whereas during the other two even higher volume days the share price cratered. Out of the woods? I'm not sure but today was positive; let's hope the trend continues.

Today is triple witching options expiry...volume was about 2-4x on most REITS. NWH probably would have finished around 2-2.5m without it. So yes high volume due to earnings/short covering but amplified by TRIPLE WITCHING DAY
