It is funny to me how negative these reit posts have become...    The more consistently negative it gets the more I buy.

it's really easy to have a negative view when it's been negative for so long and keep pounding the table on how negative it is.

( any Muppet can do that and many on here do that )

It's different to have actual conviction and buy when you think it's cheaper than it was before instead of whining about it constantly.

i'm starting to think people are shorting these stocks on here and pounding the table on how bad it is to help their short position.         I am long......   ( And I do trade these not all of them long-term )

just find it funny on up day..... There's no comments.......    and on a down day it's relentless day after day after day.

Coming up with all the amazing theories about inflation, and how everybody suddenly an economist, even though most of the economist on BNN are wrong constantly.

( just be more honest and admit you don't know )

they're going to cut rates later this year because they will have to especially in Canada if you don't agree with his view then carry on shorting reits )

let's bring out the bulls ...  anyone?

Did you see how much of the float is short.
This will be a ripe candidate for a short squeeze .
I hold a large enough stake to get almost 1500 shares monthly DRIP .
