I dont think there will be any asset sales and earning will be average.
They just want to ride out the storm with sails down .
I am okay with a  drop to average further . 
40% of their mortgage  renewals come up in 2025 . If we get clarity on that and if interest rates trend downwards we have a 2x-3x.
