Can't sell anything in 4 months?

These hard assets are supposed to be in high demand.  Should have quite a few offers in hand for portfolios

I think you need to step back from your keyboard and let management to their work!  They just pushed back some debt maturities so there is NO need for a fire sale. It sounds as if you are not comfortable with your position in this Company and the day-by-day ups and downs of the market are getting to you.  Perhaps taking some time away and coming back when you calm down will help?? Nothing to worry here.... just collect the dividend and sit back. This will be north of $7 once we have the first interest rate cut... which will happen early in the new year...

Sage advice. Unless the rates are increased again this share price should just keep inching up slowly once the December tax loss selling concludes and we find ourselves in January. And as Paray99 points out, the first rate cut is going to push down on the accelerator pedal. But, it's still a long road back home.
