Board shakeup

What was the point of it 6 month into a strategic review? Maybe they didnt want that guy to go activisit and get distracted with a fight for control

Please read (re-read) my past comments.  There are pre-requisites for proceeding with a go-private or takeover or recapitalization transactions.  Capital has to be available and the cost of capital has to make economic sense.  NWH management has NO control over this, and there is NO rush and thus no need to sell assets at fire-sale prices. I dont think its impossible to transact in this environment, thats why artis and NWH called strategic reviews....to see what can be done.  if risk is mitigated by selling off 1b+ in assets then a  big capital partner like that aussie hedge fund can step up
