Sell itself to who ….?
Interest rates r going up not down so ...just who would stick their neck out ....this is 1979..1980 all over again....rates then doubled in less than a year ....!

Why do people who dumped their shares still keep posting? I'm totally grateful to have picked up a good quantity of those shares at just over the $4 mark. IMO, there's some good coin to be made here over the next two years, and I'll keep posting as long as I'm holding these shares. This looks like the half cup empty - half cup full situation.

Long term holders like PDl and bobby and us have an average around $9-10 most likely.....so yeah thats never coming back anytimesoon. sure if you bottom picked it at $4s you can see 25-50% as it gets back to $6-7

Good call !! And I totally agree. If you own shares in the company it's great to post your opinion!! if you don't go post on shares that you actually own just makes more sense ..

I am a long on this Reit but I don't have a problem with shorts or people who sold their shares posting. It is good to hear divergent opinions. If everyone on here is just pumping the shares you can have an exaggerated view of value of the company.

Scotch12, excellent point and I whole heartedly agree. If it appeared that I was pumping I wasn't as pumping here is useless. But I have to admit that I am a cheerleader and a believer that nwh.un will regain its footing.
