2 biggest shareholdersIts hard to make the argument they are not looking to sell as even with interest rate cuts AFFO will never be like it was with the ultra low rates...thats why 10 year is 4.30%.  Probably going to be high for awhile.  So you have a $5 reit with a mediocre dividend and payout ratio at 100% or so.  If they can fine tune it then sell it when the markets unfreeze a bit on the first cut they probably can walk away with $10-11 and recyle capital
