They didnt mention strategic review in earnings or CC.  But these are the blubs from presentatio:

I wouldn rule out a nice sale of the reit for FMV after they clean up the balance sheet and sentiment shifts on REIT space second half of year if rates start to decline, particularly the 10 year going under 4%.
