Re Buy at 34My long career in the financial industry taught me ,sometimes very painfully ,that management of any business is the key factor in sucess. It is my number one factor in any buy decision.  If management is bad or can't be trusted ,it is just a matter of time until it will show up and you lose money. 
NXE has good management or I would not be an investor here.
