It is not an issue for a low cost producer like Kazatomprom, and won't be a problem for NXE as they too will have costs rivaling those of Kazatomprom. It is a problem for CCO who have stated they need >$70/lb to justify developing the next phases of McArthur and Cigar Lake mines. CCO will be pushed out of the market as a high cost producer and lose their share of the uranium market. NXE, BHP and Kazatomprom will the the big dogs in a new uranium paradigm.
