A path for success
Great announcement today. Nexus management is setting us up for success for the next two years.

For 2022 they have contracts for acquisitions totalling $235 million.
For 2023 they have contracts for acquisitions totalling $167 million.
This guarantees growth in renvenue and Ebita into 2024.  And no additional private placements will be needed.

Rebranding to Nexus Industrial Reit will help us get the improved multiples that will push the share price higher.  Hopefully it will bring market recognition and new analyst coverage.
