still very very cheapI am a newbie;  bought at $12.00  4 or 5 weeks ago.

We are now about 85% Industrial and by year end there 
will be some retail and land dispositions and some Industrial 
acquisitions so we will be 90% Industrial.

For me 90% makes us essentially a pure Industrial.

We may never get the metrics of Summit as we are in 
secondary markets.  My expectation is that while ents have already 
ballooned in GTA, going forward the persentage increases 
in rents will be about equal in most markets

NXR is a great place to be.  I expect $16 or $17 by 2023 year end.
Maybe sooner.
