Low debt

At the end of Q3 their debt was at a low 36.6%, now after this new equity issue looks like they have a long runway of acquisitions. Conservative balance sheet. Cheers

  Hey Larry, in the news release with the bought deal Nexus indicated  "The REIT also announced it is in negotiations on potential acquisitions of 7 industrial properties totalling approximately 1.7 million square feet for an aggregate purchase price of approximately $315 million"     So yes, lots in the pipeline !!!
