I feel they did exactly what they wanted. Let the price move in the $13 for almost 2 months while issuing nice news. Meanwhile probably finalizing a deal with banks and the 2018 indust. BC seller. Issued Nov 12th nice news and next day dump their offering on retail investors telling us they were happy to issue shares at $12.33 and close their 2018 deal. Besides the seller their nice partner must ...more

Should NXR learn something from back to back stock issues?  They don't need to learn anything.  They did an exceptional job in my opinion.  Debt ratio is still low and they will soon become a billion dollar company.  Stock prices fluctuate short term but management is focused on medium to long term results and they have set themselves up to exceed their own expectations ...more

Must say I am with you Hawk. Don’t understand the negative sentiment. Every comment from analysts I have seen considers the latest developments as positive. Was happy to add 6300 more shares at $12.63 and an additional 3900 at $12.36.

Long time holder, my average was 1.77 (7.08 adjusted) but I added also.....my biggest position and getting paid every month while they grow.......it's a growth REIT and they need to raise money to grow .
