NXR vs. Reit Sector

If we look at the Reit sector today, a very large part of the  sector is showing positive movement while NXR is down at its lowest level of the day. Again a glance at level 2 trading shows the selling is dominated by one or both of the selling duo.

I contacted NXR. Will post if they come up with something. Anyone know how to contact CSA about issues like this?
