Great REIT and awesome team running it

Cant ever sell this reit even though its now my 2nd largest holding, the cap gains would be brutal. Just sitting back and enjoying my $4,400 a month.. Expecting another great year.... Cheers to all the longs

Well said, been a double since it was a "Top pick" by Leo and Harley M.  Always made tons of cash on their suggestions.
