Things are looking good.  Nexus is finally getting the analyst coverage they deserve.  Based on 6 analysts, the average price target for Nexus is now $14.67

Nexus is definitely a strong buy.

The targets will rise in the short term in one of two major possible ways; *** cap rate compression *** rent increases leading to an increase in FFO per unit. I expect that each of the above factors will happen during 2022. I do not have a guess about the amount of each mat
