RE RE RE :- National Upgrade
Further to Susan Bolland's post, a good opportunity is available with Dream Industial Reit (DIR.UN) which is currentlly trading at 14.52. They released their Q1 earnings yesterday and confirmed a NAV of 16.40. At the close of yesterdays trading their market price closed at 13.90 which was 18% below NAV.

I first bought nexus at 1.77 (pre split) and pro reit at 3.40.....have held both since, got a great dividend, got more free stock with the drip and both positions have more than doubled. Never once worried about day to day swings

Well said, I have more than a double in NXR also... I cant sell, the capital gains would be brutal... When I find great management, I just sit back and let them create value ..... Cheers
