Obsidian Energy Ltd. is a Canada-based exploration and production company. The Company operates in one segment, to explore for, develop and hold interests in oil and natural gas properties and related production infrastructure in the Western Canada Sedimentary Basin directly and through investments in securities of subsidiaries holding such interests. RE:OBE Q2 ERIt was a pretty good quarter from what I can see.  At least they are going in the right direction and they beat the market expectations of a (0.07) loss with only a (0.04) loss per share.  A loss still, but not s bad as expected.  

If the price of oil holds over $55.00 and they can continue this trend we may be actually seeing a positive cash flow some day.  The downside, however, is that I bought into this when it was in the high teens (pre-consolidation) so the likelihood of even breaking even is slim to none.

I might average down...but not yet.
