Oh GREAT....We now have a Part-time CEONot realy sure what to make of this.
Is he looking to jump ship?? Is running OBE so easy he has oodles of time to spend on other projects/companies????
Somehow I wuld be more reassured that the Managment Team and the BoD had our best interests at heart if they were devoting ALL of their efforts to getting this ship turned around and some of the shareholder value back. This makes it look like its not really a priority so they are off to new adventures.
I am waiting for the next shoe to fall. This hardly supports the premise that our CEO is focussed on this company and its shareholders.
New SAExploration Chairman Faust adds role of interim President
SAExploration (NASDAQ:SAEX) appoints Michael Faust as its new interim President in addition to his recently disclosed hiring as Executive Chairman.
Faust, who was serving as Lead Independent Director, just last week took on the role of Executive Chairman following the departure of Jeff Hastings.
Faust is continuing in his roles of Director and interim President and CEO of Obsidian Energy (NYSE:OBE).
