RE:Re:Re:RE:AGMThe AGM results were a dismal showing for the Chairman and Managing Director. Typically when you have such a low approval rating there is a reshuffle and change. Given the volume of shares voted against them some major investors covet more change. If their needs are not satisified then expect the situation for Oceana and us shareholders to get worse.
The other "new" news from the AGM is the delay in the Haile UG permit. This is 3 years in the making folks. In reading local articles I wonder how much the environment breaches have played a part in this delay. I would think it hasn't helped. This is yet another black mark on management and considering they are trying to obtain their mining license (back) in the Philippines while trying to permit the Wiahi expansion it's not a good look.
