Market Manipulation

Wish the Scotia fine was a "one off" but reality is there is much manipulation by FIs of commodities including PMs. Interesting that some FIs even appear to budget or make provisions for the potential penalties/costs around their traders' movements. A 60 Minutes or in Canada, CBC Market Place feature/investigation on the extent of this illegal activity would be quite revealing I'm sure.
