RE:RE:RE:Recap...Great post! HC holds a portion of this responsibility. As such, they'll be held as accountable as anyone else. 

"ogi" and HC have already released HC's investigation is inconclusive, so unless the plaintiffs have several "OGI" insiders whom are state witnesses claiming everyone [mang't] knew and purposefully did this....it is a quick and simple settlement.

sh*t - Erin brockvich should stalk bubbles and find out if he knew???

Complicity is and will be the measuring tape for how responsibility is divided. [but HC holds at least  30/40% for not having more strenuous testing and fail safes in place with such a fledgling industy]
