You might want to check some Canadian awards.  A couple got $300,000.00 after they found a fly in their water bottle.  People with cancer, etc. have been using a product they THOUGHT was organic for a year.  The fact that the product was tainted somehow is worth way more to these people than a refund of their initial cost.  You have to be crazy to be in this stock!
