Maybe its shorts. But the whole sector has been sliding down for a few months now. And today you have The Orange Thing dictating that American companies leave China, thus roiling markets (save for gold and silver) once again. Downward momentum feeds downward momentum ... until it breaks upward. What will it take to find a general sector bottom? Recent article in Financial Post discusses this: https://business.financialpost.com/investing/canadian-cannabis-stocks-still-waiting-for-a-breakout-company-to-emerge. In meantime, yes, OGI, among a few other pot stocks, is trading at a fire sale price. Like it did in Dec/Jan. And share price will bounce back again. Because that's what happens to fundamentally sound companies with enourmous growth prospects.
