RE:RE:RE:RE:Possible linkage between Organigram and legionnaire outbreak

RE:RE:RE:RE:Possible linkage between Organigram and legionnaire outbreakEven if OGI is the source of the outbreak, they have no legal concerns. First off, NB government is protecting them, refuses to disclose source of outbreak, and has declared the issue resolved. Second, this is a provincial matter, and there are zero regulations in place regarding cooling tower maintenance and testing, i.e., no laws were broken. Third, the cooling towers did not process interior air, i.e., grow not affected. Fourth, and most importantly from a legal perspective, there were no deaths, and only 16 people got sick, i.e., damages, if any would be minimal. Finally, the problem has been resolved, according to NB government. This is a non-issue.
