RE:Paolo De Luca resigns from Eviana as of yesterday.
It's not unusual to sit on the board of more than one company. Unless more info is released from either OGI or Eviana, then we do not know the extent of his duties at Eviana. Not unusual for a director to have minimal involvement. Just look at Brian Mulroney who sits on the board of Acreage. They got him for his name and political connections. My guess is his actual involvement with the company is little to none. Remember that directors are not involved in day to day corporate operations - this is left to officers.
