RE:RE:Where's the Insider Buying?
Marf ... absolutely. To be clear, I'm on the same page re: product, management, future outlook/plans. To dfiferentiate from Hexo, or others, I'm not suggesting insiders should buy for the purpose of momentarily stoking investor excitement. Whatever company, insiders should buy because they believe in the company's present and future. Words are fine, but belief and commitment in capital markets are shown through emptying coin from your own pocket. This isn't a full on critique of OGI management. Rather, it's more of a questioning. They have been issuing options, albeit conservatively. And there has not been any insiders sales, only buys, though modest; in itself, this is a positive statement. I still wonder why top management hasn't been buying more. For comparison, I've been buying certain CAD oil/gas companies since September. One reason, but by no means the only reason, I'm a buyer is b/c there has been significant insider buying. It's nothing but a positive (but certainly not, on its own, indicative of future performance) for management to step up and increase their shareholdings through the public market.
