RE:RE:5 potential M&a transactions could follow tlry & apha mergerI think after Victoria day, we will know the new CEO.  BAT is already dictating L'ORDRE DU JOUR of OGI,  terminating CEO when they bought 20% of OGI,  

I don't think OGI BOARD will sell another % of OGI to BAT at 3.00 can.  Maybe another 10% at 3.79 US  If BAT buys out OGI, then price gets higher I woudl say $5. US  cash or 5.50 to 6.00 a combination of Cash and BAT  shares.

Bat will have to pay a premium to take over OGI, cause they don't want another co. to outbid them.

Before we get there, Let's see who the new CEO is and what vision they have.
