Disappointed by management…

Bad timing to do this while market for most part rising! I would guess they needed cash again. Don't buy they needed for strategic investments! BAT paid a premium at 3.22 to market price. This new round at 3.23 was at a significant discount to market closing price yesterday! Almost hit 4.00 and now unless some very significant moves this will be hard pressed to hit that for months!
