I would suggest that one cannot gauge whether the current market price is fair or reasonable... Market and global Economic conditions suggest to me that it's going to be a long tough summer for investors... I will be parking some cash on the sidelines, conducting DD and be ready to look for bargains (such as ONC) around the mid of August. BUT that's me... as an editorial...For a week or two I was beginning to think I might have missed the rise to a higher ONC floor...
