Oncolytics Biotech Inc. is a biotechnology company. Quentin,

I see it entirely differently. Matt saying he hopes to have news of a partnership next year tells me he IS already in discussions with BP for obvious reasons. The reasons are the results.

But then we all can make our own interpretations of what he said. We will know in the near to distant future, as they say.
