Oncolytics Biotech Inc. is a biotechnology company. The Company is focused on developing pelareorep, an intravenously delivered immunotherapeutic agent that activates the innate and adaptive immune systems and weakens tumor defense mechanisms. Roche said it had “been working diligently” with the FDA to find another post-approval pathway for its Tecentriq combo. Roche's intent on moving the accelerated approval process forward, seems to favorabley position ONCY's for a strong Phase 3 pelareorep in combination with paclitaxel study in mBC, alongside another Phase 3 study now planned with PanCan in pancreatic cancer.
