I believe you are correct, Canadafan.

But this will be by far the biggest share purchase by MC and KL.

150,000 * $1.45 =. A lot of money even for someone grossly overcompensated like MC and KL.

And it is a lot of money to be investing in a crappy micro cap biotech.

I do hope they hold on to every single share, else the message to the market is a huge negative stain for the company.
