Oncolytics Biotech Inc. is a biotechnology company. Even Oncolytics Biotech (Barbados) Inc has a physical office. In Delaware the purpose of a registered Agent is to serve as a liaison between a company and the state of its incorporation. In Delaware, a company's Registered Agent is their intermediary with the state of Delaware's Division of Corporations.

Delaware Registered Agents are responsible for receiving and forwarding legal documents and correspondence from the Delaware Division of Corporations to clients in a timely fashion and nothing much more. Oncolytics Biotech already a Delaware registered agent for that purpose.
