As I understand it onc can have everything in place and be ready to procede, but no actual therapy until release of phase 1.
Recent conversations with onc confirm that they have not yet filed for the glio trials ,and it was not stated as to exactly when this would be done, but one must remember that once approval is received this will fast track the whole process in regards to the approval and use of reolysin pending a positive outcome with the trials.
