Patent NewsI'm long ONC and while the news seems quite good, the market reaction this morning indicates something different. Hasn't ONC only recovered what it lost yesterday, and the volume doesn't indicate any incredible need to own??
I would have thought if the news was great the jump would have been larger. Does ONC lack credibility in this area, are the patents not viewed as credible or economically valuable, or is their potential importance so many years away that today they are worth only $0.24?
Was this the great news being hyped for mid-month, or is there more to come, I was expecting a trial update of substance?
