No mention of buyout
If I am not mistaken, there are legal and other ramifications that preclude publicly traded companies from mentioning "buyout" in their presentations and press releases. Further, I once emailed ONC's investor relations guy asking precisely why there is never any mention of buyout. His response to me was satisfactory to me. In other words, its not that a buyout is not imminent or possible, its just that ONC will not use that particular verbiage in their public comments - and for good reason.

If and it’s a big If ONC is in negociation with 2 or more BP at the moment for a buyout of course they won’t say it in any presentations...stupid to think that! We have to speculate ... and ask ower self what Rigby and Parsons are doing for us! Speculation is on until?
