What kind of company tweets a photo of a partially legible poster from a major conference and does not follow up with a formal press release?
What kind of company presents a second poster at the same conference without any follow up comment or press release?
ONC a publicly traded company on the TSX and Nasdaq. They have a legal obligation to release material news in a timely fashion.
Without any press releases traders are left to assume the worst.
Ridiculous, bush league stuff.
Matt might consider starting his own crypto exchange.

Might be they were asked to hold off on any news releases because they are finalizing an offer. Pure speculation but the timing for a buyout / partnership would be ritght about now.

As stated by others the company has a legal obligation to pr the information for all to see. Since the poster was after hours the company is now obligated to pr the information before market open so we should expect a news release anytime between now and market open.
