The release today indicated the company is still being operated out of San Diego and Calgary. I'm assuming since they gave up their San Diego office space, somebody has a home office there. :)

had the misfortune of speaking with tim mccathy, one of oncy's investor relations contacts listed at the bottom of today's release.  first tried jon patton who was listed as the director of investor relations and communication.  called multiple times letting it ring with no answer.  i then decided to let it ring until i was disconnected or got some type of "answer"

what i would expect is for the investor relations contact who had his number listed on the bottom of the press release (presumably so that investors could contact him) to say they are in a blackout period, andrew was released and they have no further comment, there are things which can not be discussed about what is going on etc. what i do not expect is for the ir person to ask "why is this

Further to Itntdf's post. This McCarthy character sounds like he's not up on the inner workings of ONC. Looks like he works for a big New York investor relations firm and probably has a large portfolio. Knowing all the details about the company he does work for appears to be lacking, that's why he sounded so evasive.  It sure would have been nice to actually speak with somebody

itndtf,  ONC has develeoped a habit over the years of misleading its investors. Sad to hear they now also treat investors with disdain in while in direct communication. I think people should flood MC's mailbox and demand a meaningful plan for how he intends to right this sinking ship.

over the years i have emailed both brad and matt and have gotten responses from them when i do. i will be emailing matt regarding this "conversation" with mccarthy and the inability to reach jon patten or have ANY operator answer a phone. just saying something like "we are in negotiations and are not free to speak at this time" would be fine.   the "RECAP"

How's about someone repeats the experiment and calls this chap to see if there's any truth to it.  I'd suggest we ask Dude, Johnny or Saxy from Stocktwits if they would be willing. The release today did not mention San Diego either in or out. They did have a quote from Dr. Matt. THe CFO & the medical officer.
