Am I having brain fog or is it not a little unusual to announce a conference call to discuss financials when you have not yet announced release date for the one you are going to discuss?

The year end financials & outlooks & updates are all legally mandated reports. Basically a rear view mirror look @ what has happened so far. With managements comments on expectations going forward. Any " news" ...meaning something of substance like a buyout or partership, could happen anytime. Such as later today, a few days before Thursday , or months after. point? the

The carrot scenario has been part of this companies existence forever and never to they ever present something that will elevate the price. Based on the past don't hold your breath because not much of any significance will be coming. " Hope is eternal". Maybe they should change their name to Hope Is Eternal Biotech.

Financials seem pretty solid for the next 8-12 months.  I maybe the "corporate update" is the focus point.

This is not a stupid mistake. I think one has to imagine this cart before the horse scenario, has been done for a specific reason.  What is taking place that would not make it mandatory to file the year end report? In other words, what situation would make it no longer necessary? I don't like it!

Usually when is a buyout stock price is going up. Today stock price action is very strange, like bad news leak.

I'm just sure that MC not showing up and the stock plummeting today is do to the impending buyout. I mean it couldn't be that this company just sucks.

I own ONC shares more then 20 years. Lost 90% of my investment, lost money on Synsorb. Do you know history of Synsorb ? So do not tell me this nonsens.

Jh....If you are a true shareholder, I apologize....but to be fair, I did read through a couple dozen of your posts since last Oct, and I failed to find one having anything positive to say about a company that has been having a lot of positive events....so you can see how this can be deceiving ....but possibly you're French, and this could just be your nature :)...just kidding...

Some posts may have come across toYOU that way but maybe you should check all of them or better yet go back and read posts regarding other stocks I wrote about on Stockhouse. I change my mind as things change sometimes and I'm concerned when things aren't going well. I have been misled

Your reply is pretty much what I posted when they announced MC would not make it to conference and all you say is quite possible. Just can't get my head around the premature or detailing webcast/call ahead of release of financials.
