.23.  Not that much.  I confirmed this morning there is no webcast for the special meeting.  That's a big oversight.on the part of the company.  Anyway, we now have to rely on someone in attendance reporting back with some news.  There is no press release yet.  We have to wait some more. 

I guess the one thing we all want to know is when the two new companies would start trading?  The package said within a few days (page"v" or 5, the bottom paragraphs) of the Letter to Shareholders.
