RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:New 52 week highValuations change. They used to be close to $1.0bn market cap. A few years ago, valuation and balance sheet suffered due to mismanagement. The major shareholder increased his ownership from  20% to 50% and the Company did a financing to issue another 20% to a buddy of he major shareholder. More recently, old management and Board have been replaced and green shoots of a turnaround are showing up. Ultimately, the major shareholder holds all the cards...but presumably he's looking to make money as well at some point...patience is required here.
