RE:RE:RE:management working hard on takeover...My bet is supress the price. Here is why.
Trading in thin so it easily controlled.
We have had strong tailwinds, notwithstanding today, with the price of gold (bull run)
We are in the financing stages of the project.
That said, knowing that insiders have been buying this stock up for years we can be sure that they hold sizable personal positions. Our largest financing was at .80 cents and there is just no way an instution could ever get their money out without tanking the stock.
So, they keep the price moving slowly and in range of what they think they can get for the company. My thoughts is that they keep it in the $1.00-1.40 range. Then workout a deal with a major (I think it could be Endeavour Mining as it makes a ton sense) and get deal done in the $1.50 range. I'd think it would be a stock deal as well. Then we'd get a nice quick return, the original investors at .80 cents get around 100% and the buying company gets a bump due to aquiring a nice profitable gold reserve that is ready to start construction....easy return on investment for the buying company. This happened to me with True Gold as I had mentioned before and EDV doubled in short order after the buyout...I'd take that scenario happily.
