The takeover is to deal with the Northern Borders ---I guess your unaware of the number of functioning mines  in B.K.-----plus ORE is well south - one hour east of the capital -----  the military coup has agreed with the previous leader to maintain order and have elections in two years -----life in Africa ---get out if you cannot handle risk

Yes I have Porky Pie ---the first ORE was taken over and this new incarnation will probably be taken over as its a functioning mine - on buget - on time and an ROI of less tha  2 years ---so keep squeeling Bird Brain
