Just a quick look and I can't find any new information. At least they stick with the on time on budget frame!

Sticking to the budget and timeline schedule is of course the most important and should alone be enough for a re-rate right now! I guess I lack some official comment regarding the situation i BF. I am aware that they cannot account for that in the presentation! But as long as they hold the budget and timeline the situiation is under control I guess!

Probably good news since the previous President completely ignored the military --seems to have general support of the population
