This is a very strange trading stock
I mean, it's been stuck at around the $1.35 level for about three years. Sure, there have been some ups and downs along the way, but i you look at the three year chart it really hasn't moved.
I see a breakout to the upside coming within the next six months or so, and it's an easy double from here.Having said that, the timing is difficult to figure out. Watch for the breakout...
