Do we not have a poison pill in place? If not I don't think anyone would vote yes at that price. It could spark a bidding war though. Someone would have to have accumulated controlling interest on the open market for that. Not easy to do with such a large float.

From the time Orezone is declering commercial production the possibilty of a take over will be present. The question is, will Patric be the ceo throug the sulphide expansion or will he cash out? I think of the latter.

I would wait until the rest of the drill results come in and a updated resource estimate ---if the reserves double and two full production quarters than a take over be likely ---- 2023 2nd quarter is my prediction ---just get throught this rough patch thanks to Russia

need one more generator which will arrive shortly ---meanwhile still running ---4th quarter will tell the tale as they reach full production
