The meeting started on time and reelected all Directors. I had no problems with the Zoom call, and asked my questions about a 43-101 update, a new mine portal, and optimization of underground mining. Mr. Gavidia stated that a new mine portal was not justified based on the projected cost. He stated that Orovalle has a 5 year mine plan. I asked why they were mining at grades significantly lower than the long term average ore grades? Mr. Gavidia stated that Orvana's mine plan is based on mining average grades and not based on going after localized high grade areas.
He invited shareholders to contact him and ask questions, so IMHO, there is no issue with transparency. I will contact Mr. Gavidia to get additional insight with how the mine planning process interacts with Orvana's exploration results.
