Osisko Mining Inc. is a Canada-based mineral exploration company. The Company is focused on the acquisition, exploration, and development of precious metal resource properties in Canada. It holds a 50% interest in the high-grade Windfall gold deposit located between Val-d'Or and Chibougamau in Quebec and holds a 50% interest in a large area of claims in the surrounding Urban Barry area and nearby Quevillon area (over 2,300 square kilometers). The Windfall property consists of over 286 individual claims covering an aggregate area of 12,523 hectares (ha). The Windfall project is located in the Abitibi greenstone belt, Urban Township, Eeyou Istchee James Bay, Quebec, Canada. The Urban Barry properties are located in the Urban Township, in Quebec’s Eeyou Istchee James Bay region, approximately 700 kilometers (km) north-northwest of Montreal, and 100 km east of Lebel-sur-Quevillon’s municipality. The Quevillon property consists of over 2815 individual claims covering an area of 150,163 ha.

informationMise jour du flux Renard La mine de diamants Renard, opre par Stornoway Diamonds Canada Inc. (« Stornoway »), a redmarr ses oprations en septembre 2020 suite une priode d'entretien et de maintenance prolonge. Stornoway s'est concentre sur la rduction des cots pendant le redressement du march des diamants. Au quatrime trimestre de 2021, Stornoway a procd deux ventes de diamants. Lors de la premire vente, la socit a vendu 248 710 carats un prix moyen par carat de 104,29 $ US; lors de la deuxime vente, la socit a vendu 242 343 carats un prix moyen 128,49 $ US par carat, reprsentant une augmentation de 54 % du prix de vente comparativement la mme priode l'anne prcdente. En 2021, la socit a vendu 1 843 371 carats un prix moyen de 93,65 $ US par carat. Osisko dtient un flux diamantifre de 9,6 % sur la mine Renard, mais a accept de reporter les paiements qui lui sont destins jusqu'en avril 2022. Les paiements pourront tre effectus avant cette date si la situation financire de Stornoway le permet. Osisko dtient galement 35,1 % de participation en actions dans Stornoway.
